This Week's Featured Coffee

RANCHO SAN FRANCISCO
Chiapas, Mexico

A relatively unknown estate coffee, the Rancho San Francisco is a 150 hectare estate owned and operated by two brothers: Delmar and Fernando Moreno Guillen.

A Strictly High Grown coffee with softer beans grown using a significant amount of shade in tough and mountainous Chiapas, Mexico.

We roast this coffee in-house just into the second crack to a warm cinnamon color that gives off a nice, oak woodiness, a little bit of spice and a wonderful, medium body that's great for light sipping or heavy chugging.

HINES COFFEE ESPRESSO
Vancouver, Canada

Always the perennial favorite at The Spro, the Hines Espresso is a delicious combination of beans that changes on a regular basis due to flavor fluctuations in the green bean and coffee availability on the market.

Roasted and blended by John Sanders, the Hines Espresso offers body, sweetness, chocolate notes and a slight nuttiness on the finish.
