In
case you were wondering...
We
closed our doors at our Timonium shop when our lease ran
out in September 2006. It was time to close that chapter
in Jay's Shave Ice history, step back, try new and different
things, learn more about our product and refresh our sense
of selves.
Someday,
and perhaps someday soon, we're going to bring Jay's Shave
Ice back to a retail storefront where you can enjoy our
brand of Hawaiian-style shave ice on a daily basis once
again. In the meantime, be sure to come down to Artscape
in Baltimore city on the third weekend in July where we
set up camp and make our onolicious shave ice every summer.
As
time progresses, we'll be looking for a new site once again,
so if you have any leads, suggestions or ideas, be sure
to email us about them!
