What we're about.

Our mission here at Jay's Shave Ice is to provide you, our customer, with a most excellent experience everytime you visit us. From our friendly and accommodating service to the highest quality shave ice and food products. We want your visit with us to be a special one. That's our mission each and every day and while these are the goals we try to live up to, we're human and sometimes we make mistakes.
